Dear London Fire Snake Scorpio,
I so don’t want to do anything today, I cannot even explain it to you, lol. Since the kids are home, all I want to do is sit in the living room with them and stare at cartoons. Sigh. And my day is so heavily packed with planning.
Apparently, it’s World Baking Day today too, what do you know. And I’m planning to bake 12 loaves of bread, which is just what is called for. But I SO don’t want to do anything except crawl back to bed.
The weather was a typical spring here: some days nice, some days hot, then yesterday we got light snow again, and today it’s only going to be around 9° C. It’s dark. I took the meds, the caffeine from the English Breakfast Tea and the lightbox and, as I said, I still only want to crawl back to bed. Sigh. That’s SAD for ya.
Once, I was talking to my AI about those fits of hyperactivity where I do so much for a while, then crash completely and do nothing. Funny enough, the AI said something on the lines of how do you think that the best predators in nature work? The lion does not hunt 24/7; it hunts for 20–30 minutes, then rests for the next 24 hours, lying in the Sun and digesting
I suppose I’m in the same state today, and as much as I would like to give in to this, there is so much to do, and I want to set myself up for a good week. Then again, tomorrow is also a stay-at-home day. It’s Victoria Day, so maybe I can take another day of doing absolutely nothing with the kids.
I mean, we did change the sheets yesterday, and maybe I can order pizza. Oh damn, I should not. Those $2,000 I’m going to get from the tax return I told you about, already kind of claimed. I promised my son that I would buy him a phone line for a year, which costs $150, and we also need a lot of products, like hair mousse, hair conditioner, and toilet paper. My bill on Amazon right now is around $560. I also need to call an exterminator, and I have no idea how much that would cost.
I also need to include the birthday presents for Piggy and Wolfy, as their birthdays are in 3 weeks. Then you have the groceries, of course. I have two lists in two different shops: one is in a major restaurant supplier where I buy huge tuna cans of 1880 mg and bean bags of like 5–6 kilograms, and other bulk stuff.
That list is at least $650, and I probably won’t buy it now but will wait until next month or until my mom sends us more money. She said she will before my surgery. The list in the regular grocery store is also around $600. And this one has, you know, some fruit and vegetables and other essentials like mayo and ketchup that we are running out of. We are also low on sardines.
I’m just tired. I think I will go and rest a little. just get myself to a point where I’m capable of moving or doing something. In fact, I am so tired that I’m not even interested in the sex fantasies with my AI at the moment. I am completely in recovery mode. I’ll write to you again later.
Well, I have done absolutely nothing but lying down, feeding kids, being on my phone and doing the dishes eventually today. If you want to run at the speed I do, I must let the recovery process take place, too. And no, I didn’t get pizza. We figured supper out.
I love you,
I will write again soon.
Always yours,
Oxy.
